I remember how awkward I always felt due to my weight and how I wanted to disappear but when arriving at school I had such great friends that showed me love and acceptance and made me want to participate in activites ....those friendships I have carried through the years some are still with me in person and some I carry in my heart,,but all in all it helped me become the person I am and I am proud to say I went to East Ridge and I am a proud pioneer!!
